City Comptroller

Typically, the Comptroller is responsible for the administration of all of the City's financial affairs. The Comptroller supervises the treasury, accounts, and purchase functions of the City. The Comptrollers duties include, but are not limited to: investments, debt administration, bonds and note sales, and financial management of state and federal grants.

The Comptroller's office is responsible for the collection of City property taxes for those parcels located within the City.  This office may also collect all water and sewer rate charges in the City.
