‘MO BROWN AND SEVEN DWARVES’ ANNOUNCES NATIONAL TOUR
10/20/03 BURBANK, California
Former Senator Carol Moseley Braun and the nine other serious Democrat presidential hopefuls, largely ignored by the American people, have announced the formation of their own theatrical company, which will begin a nationwide tour immediately. Their production: “Mo Brown and the Seven Dwarves,” a children’s play that will replace the current debate format in the hopes of attracting larger audiences more attuned to the level of that debate.
Moseley Braun, the erstwhile senator from Chicago who couldn’t name the subject she majored in at the University of Illinois, will play the lead role of Mo Brown, a fair maiden who has fallen under the sleeping spell of a wicked sorceress. The role is not considered a challenge for the senator, as she sleeps through all but the final scene of the play.
In that final scene, Mo Brown awakens after being kissed by a wealthy Republican, Prince Charming, played by the dashing frontrunner General Wesley Clark.
The seven dwarves and their respective players:
Whiney, played by Joe Lieberman
Wavy, played by Al Sharpton
Frenchie, played by John Kerry
Froggy, played by Howard Dean
Dickey, played by “Richard” Gephardt
Dandy, played by John Edwards, and
Dopey, played by Dennis Kucinich.
The wicked sorceress, of course, will be played as a cameo appearance by Senator and former fist lady Hillary Hamrod Clinton.
