Peaceniks

Today Monty Rainey wrote an article on whether or not it was moral to go to war.   As I was reading it after posting it to our site, I recalled the interview that Sean Hannity and Alan Combes did last night with two women who are setting off to Iraq to protest the war against this terrorist dictator.

Personally I am always amazed by these people who claim they want peace while they support the enemies of our country.  In this country where everyone is free to express themselves, it is hard to understand that people like Saddam really do exist.   I mean really, when was the last time our police broke into your home and threatened to rape all your children, if you did not give up your son to their torture?   When was the last time someone delivered one of your children to your front porch in a gunny sack all chopped to pieces?  Well, this is what goes on in Iraq on a normal day.

Greta Van Susteren has for the last two months interviewed one Iraqi, (now American citizens) after another regarding the torture that goes on in their country on a daily basis, yet no one seems to be listening.

In this country we are seen by other citizens as being racist if we should disagree with how someone gets into a college.  Yet, these same people who scream racism are the very ones that would support a dictator like Saddam.   We are seen by other groups as being bigots because we won't willingly support their agenda's, yet in Saddam's world these agenda's are met with death by acid baths, torture, or poisoning, or they are used as test subject for toxin chemicals they plan to use in their war against the world.  Yet, for some reason our liberal maniacs continue to support the enemy and condemn those here who would tolerate them, even if they don't support their maniac programs.

Awhile back it was pointed out to me that the gays in San Francisco had come out in support of the Palestinians.  I laughed, because they apparently don't know how gays are treated in Islamic countries, and yet they seem to think that they have it bad here.

After the 9/11 incident Jerry Falwell, and Pat Robertson came out with a declaration that the reason we are hated is because of our lifestyles in this country, is seen as being against Allah, in countries that teach Islam.  They were literally crucified by the press.  Yet, no one considered even for a minute that they may be right.

In a country which we call friend, Saudi Arabia, there is literally no incidents of AIDS.   This is according to the statistics provided on this country on the CIA website, where they track all kinds of information on different countries.   I am assuming that the reason for this is homosexuality is a capital offense in these countries, and as such they are immediately executed for this practice.

Women are second class citizens in Saudi, yes in fact according the the Qu'ran, it is law that it takes two women to testify, because they are so low in value that one woman's word is not good enough.   If a woman is raped, and becomes pregnant, she is executed because she violated the laws of Islam, yet we have those in this country calling themselves feminist who are also in support of Saddam and his methods.

Call me confused, but I don't get it.   Why are these groups so anti - American and pro Islam?  Don't they understand?   If they were all living in a country governed by Islam they would not exist?

I recently read an article on an European website, where it was claimed that the real reason these countries are trying to wipe us out, and call us the great 'Satan' is not because we are in their countries and are not wanted there.   No the real reason is once their youth has been exposed to our free society, either by attending school here or by watching our films, they no longer want to follow the tenants of Islam.   The real reason we are thought to be the great 'Satan' is because they view our government, and our society as immoral.   Because they are theocracy rather than a republic, they think our government fails to do it's job of making sure we live our lives according to the rules written down by Mohammed, as the law of Allah.

What do we offer their youth that is so repulsive to them?  Well, we are the largest consumers in the world of pornographic materials, in fact our normal movies rated PG 13 and R are so pornographic by their standards that they are outlawed in most Muslim countries.    We also support their war efforts as the largest consumers of illegal drugs, we have more addicts here than most countries.  We have strip clubs that are no longer strip clubs because the dancer's all start out nude now, so there is no need to strip.  We have prostitution that is rampant and considered to be one of our biggest industries.

I wonder why they consider us immoral?

Added, to the above, we have gay pride days, now where else does this exist?  We have men dressing as women, women dressing as men, and all of them wanting their deviancies normalized.  We have organizations who want to legalize and normalize sexuality between men and boys, men and young girls, an women and girls, or women and young boys.  Our courts and jails are filled with these deviants, yet those groups that support Saddam, say it is our foreign policy that is causing the problems.

Well lets look at some of that foreign policy.  We have feminist groups who want to make abortions legal around the world.  I am sure this goes over really well in Islamic countries where the women are proud of the number of children they bear.   In fact, according to an article written by a woman in Pakistan about a year ago, the information that is being sent around the world by these groups on AIDS and the prevention of pregnancies is considered pornography, yet these groups insist on forcing this material on other countries.   They pass out literature that is graphic in detail, and condoms in areas where they are not only not used, but having the use of the same explained is considered pornography.

It was not so long ago that the Miss World pageant led the slaughter of hundreds of people in the country where this was originally to be held.   The reason, someone in the press implied that Mohammed would have approved of the pageant and may have been interested in marrying one of the contestants.

Now I know we have our riots in this country but when was the last time one of the led to thousands of homeless, and hundreds of dead?

Someone reported not so long ago that a group was going to Iraq to form a wall of protection for the Iraqi people when the war starts.  They left for the area several weeks ago.  I haven't heard much about them, but from where I sit I think it would be a good idea if the rest of these peace protestor's joined, them.  And while they are at it they can gather up the French and take them with them.  I doubt their presence will slow down the war, but they may provide some good cover for our men.

I think as Americans rather than debating whether we have a right to go to war or not, we should stand up for our Country, its Citizens and our freedoms to do these things that are so hated in other countries.   I wouldn't mind if all of the things we are hated for were eradicated, in fact I think we would be far better off if they were, but I am not willing to be killed in the name of Allah to see it happen.

I wrote an article called About Our Soldiers, where I outlined why these Peaceniks really bother me, and another one called "You are known by the company you keep" that outlines why people should think before they join these movement.   Most of them are organized by the very organizations that would be called our enemy.  So in my book you peaceniks are consorting with the enemy, and that dear fellow American's is treason.  Why can't you see this?  Why would you join the ranks of the enemy instead of defending your freedom, by supporting your country, and those who are sent to fight to keep you free?  Why do you call it freedom to dissent, when in fact it is giving up that freedom to enemy?
